Playtest Update

Thanks to everybody who has tried out the playtest, seeing all the feedback has been super encouraging and useful. Changes in this update are as follows:
Changes:
- Add a new RIG set and a way to farm it (brings us to 6 sets in-game)
- More fixes for enemy pathing
- More fixes for weapons spawning without firing systems
- Fixes to improve controller support
- Also add a way to adjust sliders faster on controller
- Add the ability to spin your mech in the garage
- Tweak target lock algorithm and allow the player to customize it to their liking
- Allow a wider range of brightness for your RIG's visor
- Some tweaks to enemy RIG behavior
- Minor changes to part stats
- Fix key rebinding during gameplay
- Add a brightness setting
- Sound settings are now updated in real time
- Ammo type indicators added near ammo counts
- Add 'Unstuck' button in pause menu as I still don't have a fix for getting trapped in the tank
Known Issues:
- The Virtual Keyboard seems to be broken
- One of the music pieces isn't affected by the music volume setting, fix incoming shortly
